We’re seeking a Strategic EHS Leader to direct Environmental Health, Safety, and Security operations across multiple locations, with a major focus on achieving ISO 45001 certification by 2026.

Strategic EHS Director– What You’ll Do

  • Lead and develop EHS programs and initiatives across operations.
  • Direct compliance operations and safety audits, including ergonomic, emergency response, and subcontractor management.
  • Drive ISO 45001 certification efforts and maintain robust safety policies.
  • Manage accident investigations, risk mitigation, and corrective actions.
  • Coordinate training, licensing, and compliance initiatives with OSHA, EPA, DHS, DOT, and internal standards.

Strategic Director of EHS – What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Occupational Safety, Health, Environment, or Compliance).
  • 10+ years in regulatory compliance and industrial EHS, with at least 5 years leading safety in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven ability to build partnerships and implement progressive safety initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant EHS legislation and excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with ISO 45001 and internal auditing is preferred.
