Director of Front Office Benefits:

Director of Front Office Responsibilities/Qualifications:

  • Responsible for all duties of Front Office and Front Service
  • Ability handle guest concerns with ease and understanding
  • Staff training, inter-department communications, and staff scheduling
  • Responsible for short and long term planning and the management of the hotel’s Front Office operations
  • Develop and execute cohesive revenue, labor, and operations strategies aligned with overall property goals
  • A minimum of 5+ years experience of hotel operations management with Hilton experience specifically related to ONQ Property Management Systems
  • Ability to perform under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet established deadlines
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends
  • Ability to live and work in a remote part of Florida
  • Ability to lead a team and hit the ground running!
