Your Role as a Kitchen Manager in Training:
Lead with Excellence: Prioritize tasks, drive execution, and ensure kitchen operations run smoothly.
Develop Your Team: Train, mentor, and coach kitchen staff to achieve excellence.
Uphold Standards: Maintain food safety, quality, and operational efficiency.

What You Bring to the Table:
Culinary Degree Preferred – A strong foundation in kitchen operations.
3 Years of Full-Service Kitchen Management Experience – Scratch-kitchen background is a plus!
Food Safety Expertise – Knowledge of best practices to maintain high standards.
Leadership Mindset – A hands-on approach with a passion for coaching and team development.
Multi-Tasking Pro – Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
