Machining Manager – Lead, Optimize, and Innovate in Steel Manufacturing
We are looking for a skilled Machining Manager to oversee machining operations, enhance production efficiency, and lead a high-performing team in a dynamic steel manufacturing environment. This role focuses on improving machining processes, upholding quality standards, and driving operational excellence.

Machining Manager Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily machining operations to ensure efficiency and quality
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity
- Lead and mentor a team, fostering skill development and performance excellence
- Maintain compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production goals
Machining Manager Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering preferred (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in machining or steel manufacturing, including 2+ years in leadership
- Proficiency in CNC machining, manual lathes, and mills
- Strong knowledge of CAD/CAM software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office
- Expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles
- Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
