We are looking for a passionate and driven Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and deliver outstanding guest experiences. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and have a true passion for food, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Head Chef- What You’ll Do:

Lead and inspire a high-performing kitchen team, fostering a positive and supportive environment.
Ensure exceptional food quality and consistency, with a hands-on approach to cooking and execution.
Develop and mentor your team, building a strong talent pipeline for future leadership.
Maintain the highest food safety and health standards, ensuring compliance across all operations.
Drive efficiency and performance in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant.
Bring creativity and leadership to the kitchen, helping to evolve and enhance the menu.

Head Chef – What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Head Chef or Kitchen Manager in a full-service restaurant.
Proven ability to lead and develop teams, creating a positive and results-driven culture.
Passion for food and a deep understanding of high-volume kitchen operations.
Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
Experience opening new restaurants is a plus!
