Controller Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all financial management, including monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements
  • Reviewing budgets, financial statements with leadership
  • Ensure timely financial and accurate financial reporting, including month-end and year-end
  • Provide recommendations through analytics and market trends
  • Implement internal controls, manage external audits, and ensure compliance

Controller Requirements:

  • BA in Accounting, Finance required
  • CPA required
  • 5+ yrs in a Controller position, with at least 3+ yrs in a leadership role
  • Strong leadership skills, mentor and develop team members
  • Experience in hospitality accounting is required
