Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in the financial reporting and month-end close process while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency in accounting operations.

This is not a remote or hybrid role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review general ledger journal entries and account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
• Assist in the month-end and year-end closing process, including financial reporting.
• Maintain and reconcile key accounts such as cash, accounts receivable, and accruals.
• Oversee lease accounting schedules following applicable standards.
• Prepare and file sales tax returns, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Support audits by preparing schedules and responding to inquiries.
• Assist in process improvements and documentation of accounting procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant accounting experience, including general ledger and month-end close.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP (knowledge of IFRS is a plus).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF statements).
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle Fusion or similar platforms is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
