We are a fast-growing and cutting-edge Mortgage company based out of New York. We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer who has overseen explosive growth before. We did 300 million in sales in 2022, and 1.2 Billion in 2024, and will hit 3 Billion by 2029

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee financial strategy, hedge performance, tax regulations, and Pro Formas
  • Optimize capital markets execution, securitization, and warehouse lines of credit
  • Utilize banking network to drive new funding opportunities
  • Identify and eliminate financial inefficiencies to increase profitability
  • Serve as a trusted partner to ownership, ensuring scalable growth

What We’re Looking For

  • Currently or recently a CFO (or similar) at a bank or mortgage company
  • Proven experience managing $2B+ in sales
  • 10+ years in mortgage finance, with 5+ years at the executive level
  • Deep expertise in capital markets, warehouse lending, and investor relations
  • NY-based candidates preferred, but open to strong candidates on the East Coast or nationally (remote to start, relocation preferred)

Compensation & Location

  • $600K+ total compensation, with a performance-driven bonus structure
  • Hybrid role based in New York (Long Island area), with remote flexibility for top candidates
