Executive Chef Job Opportunity

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of a high-volume kitchen, ensuring efficiency and excellence.
- Hire, train, develop, and inspire a dedicated culinary team.
- Maintain company standards for food quality, presentation, and service.
- Control costs, optimize inventory, and achieve financial goals.
- Implement and maintain best practices for food safety, sanitation, and kitchen organization.
- Collaborate with leadership to drive innovation and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume setting.
- Proven background in upscale to polished, casual fine dining.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, develop, and motivate a team.
- Solid track record of cost control and achieving financial results.
- A steady tenure demonstrating commitment and growth in previous roles.
