Executive Chef Job Opportunity

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of a high-volume kitchen, ensuring efficiency and excellence.
  • Hire, train, develop, and inspire a dedicated culinary team.
  • Maintain company standards for food quality, presentation, and service.
  • Control costs, optimize inventory, and achieve financial goals.
  • Implement and maintain best practices for food safety, sanitation, and kitchen organization.
  • Collaborate with leadership to drive innovation and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume setting.
  • Proven background in upscale to polished, casual fine dining.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, develop, and motivate a team.
  • Solid track record of cost control and achieving financial results.
  • A steady tenure demonstrating commitment and growth in previous roles.
