Kitchen Manager Requirements;
– 2+ Years of Kitchen Manager experience in a full-service casual or scratch kitchen fast-casual concept.
– Must be proficient in delivering financial results.
– You need to be a culture builder and someone that others follow.
– Experience leading 15+ team members
