We are a leading hospitality group in South Florida, known for our exceptional restaurant concepts and a company culture that values people as much as great food. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an HR Generalist who is passionate about building strong teams, creating efficient back-of-house systems, and ensuring smooth payroll operations.
HR Generalist Responsibilities:
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Develop and implement back-of-house HR systems for improved efficiency
- Support recruitment efforts and onboarding for restaurant staff
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and safety regulations
- Handle employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management
- Visit multiple restaurant locations to support HR operations on-site
HR Generalist Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality or a fast-paced environment
- Strong payroll knowledge and experience managing back-end HR systems
- Ability to build relationships with employees at all levels
- A hands-on, people-first approach to HR
- Knowledge of HR compliance, labor laws, and best practices
- Flexibility to travel locally between restaurant locations
