We are seeking a highly motivated and well-connected in luxury market Business Development Manager to drive growth within the high-end luxury interior décor and white-glove transport sector. This role is ideal for a strategic sales professional with deep industry relationships and a passion for delivering exceptional service to discerning clients.

About the Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our white-glove/ first to last-mile logistics services across the U.S. market. Your mission will be to identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with luxury interior designers, high-end furniture brands, galleries, and affluent clientele who demand precision and care in their shipping and transport needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a growth strategy focused on high-value client acquisition, financial success, and customer satisfaction.
  • Leverage existing industry relationships to generate new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Organize and lead business meetings with luxury clientele, design firms, and other key stakeholders.
  • Present and promote our premium logistics solutions to meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Negotiate and prepare sales contracts with a focus on long-term partnerships.
  • Provide ongoing client support, feedback, and after-sales service to maintain strong relationships.
  • Analyze and report sales performance to senior management, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with domestic and international teams to align business development efforts with operational excellence.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven track record in business development or sales within the luxury interior décor, fine furniture, or high-end logistics industry.
  • Established network of contacts within the luxury design, furniture, or art sectors.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong market knowledge of white-glove transport, last-mile delivery, and high-end client service.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and data-driven sales management.
  • Ability to travel as needed to build and nurture client relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive Base Salary
  • Performance-Based Commission: 10% on gross margin (once sales targets are met)
  • Sales Targets: Candidate must generate a gross margin at least 3x their cost
