Restaurant Manager – Westfield, NJ

We’re hiring a Restaurant Manager who is passionate about hospitality, motivated to lead, and ready to create a top-tier guest experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and wants to grow with a people-first restaurant group.

Restaurant Manager Benefits and Compensation:

• $55,000 base salary + $10,000 annual performance bonus (paid every 4 weeks)

Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a full-service or high-volume setting

• Proven ability to recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team

• Strong organizational skills to manage staffing, inventory, and daily operations

• Must be able to analyze P&L reports and implement cost-control strategies

• Comfortable leading on the floor and ensuring an exceptional guest experience

Restaurant Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

• Experience with vendor management, scheduling software, or inventory systems

• A collaborative leadership style focused on accountability, development, and culture-building
