Senior Divorce & Family Law Attorney Benefits & Compensation:

  • Competitive salary negotiable depending on experience and book of business
  • Quarterly bonuses
  • Work-life balance being remote (except for court appearances)

Senior Divorce & Family Law Attorney Qualifications & Responsibilities:

  • Licensed to practice in New Jersey or New York.
  • 8+ years of experience in Divorce and Family Law
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive cases with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Exceptional analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have an existing book of business or an active caseload.
