We are looking for passionate and dedicated Sous Chefs with a sharp focus on consistency and a desire to grow within a dynamic, expanding restaurant group. Sous Chef Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, focusing on flawless execution, profitability, and enhancing the guest experience.
- Foster a teaching and learning environment to develop staff and elevate team performance.
- Manage food costs and inventory to ensure efficient and cost-effective kitchen operations.
- Partner and build strong relationships with management, colleagues, and vendors, demonstrating leadership, integrity, and promoting team success.
- Motivate and inspire your team to achieve and exceed goals.
- Ensure knowledge of food specifications and flawless execution of dishes.
Sous Chef Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-year experience as a Sous Chef.
- Proven leadership skills with strong communication abilities and a track record of follow-through.
- A passion for high standards, consistency, and contributing to a positive team culture.
