Assistant Restaurant Manager – Step Into Leadership with a Global Icon

🔥 What You’ll Do:
- Partner with the General Manager to run a smooth, high-volume operation
- Execute the restaurant’s business plan with a focus on sales, profitability, and legendary customer service
- Monitor performance and respond to P&L insights to drive success
- Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing team
- Assist with scheduling, onboarding, and team development
What You Bring:
- 1–3 years of restaurant leadership experience (QSR experience preferred)
- Strong communication, organization, and team-building skills
- A hands-on leadership style and a passion for people
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- ServSafe® certification (or willing to become certified)
