Exciting Restaurant Manager Opportunity in Columbus, GA!

Are you looking to join a growing local restaurant group with a reputation for great quality and success? We are seeking an experienced full-service Manager to join one of our upscale casual concepts and our growing team in Columbus, GA.

Restaurant Manager Requirements:

• The right candidate will need to live or move to the Columbus, GA area.
• Day-to-day operations for the front of the house with a focus on quality and consistency
• Places guest satisfaction as THE priority
• Strong Leader – Needs to uphold standards with the team and implement systems
• Ability to train, develop, and communicate effectively
• Problem Solver – can effectively lead the team, thinking positively and proactively to handle any obstacles and solve potential issues that may arise

Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

• Experience – 3 or more years of salaried full-service manager experience
• Must be able to move to the Columbus, GA Area
• Passionate About the Industry – You must have an ownership mentality and manage employees while ensuring guests are always number one!
• Experience with Volume – Full-service experience managing at least $2.5 million in annual sales
• Must bring positive, high energy to the team and bring great ideas
