We are looking for a Dynamic Business Office Manager for a local restaurant company with a background in Payroll, HR, and accounting.  

Business Office Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Supervise office activities, ensuring excellent phone etiquette and customer service.
  • Maintain organizational systems for files, documents, and office supplies.
  • Utilize platform for accounting tasks and financial reporting.
  • Utilize Excel
  • Payroll
  • A/R
  • A/P

Business Office Manager Requirements

  • Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software preferred.
  • Work in HR, onboarding and recruitment
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information.
