Restaurant Assistant Manager Qualifications:

3 or more years of experience in management (restaurant experience highly preferred)
Open availability (open, close, and mid-shifts will all be required)
Willingness to go the extra mile to serve your guests
Passion for developing the next generation of leaders
Willingness to work in both front and back of house in a fast-paced and physically demanding role
