Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:
As General Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing daily operations, cultivating a positive and inclusive work environment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service, fostering teamwork, and implementing strategies to drive business growth and guest satisfaction.

Restaurant General Manager Requirements:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in the fast-food or restaurant industry
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities without compromising quality
- A genuine passion for people and a track record of successfully developing and motivating teams
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with team members, customers, and company leadership
- Adaptability and flexibility to embrace change and lead the team through various business challenges
