We are looking for a Chef & B to lead our restaurant team! Ideal candidates will have experience with both Culinary (BOH) leadership and Service staff (FOH) leadership. Ideal candidates will have a strong culinary background and will be administratively sound.

Executive Chef and B Benefits:

Executive Chef and B Qualifications:

  • 2+ years as an Executive Chef
  • 2+ years as a Restaurant General Manager, Chef&B, or Director of Food and Beverage
  • Experience with banquets and catering
  • Experience with beverage program development, purchasing, and costing
  • Highly skilled and creative with culinary arts

Executive Chef and B Responsibilities:

  • Hire, train, and manage both BOH and FOH staff with integrity and consistency
  • Follow menus and recipes to create consistent offerings
  • Manage food cost, beverage cost, and labor cost according to budget
  • Collaborate with leadership on Food and Beverage direction and vision
  • Other duties as assigned
