What You’ll Do:
Lead & mentor engineering teams
Design & oversee public works projects—from roads to water systems
Ensure regulatory compliance & collaborate with key stakeholders
Manage budgets & drive project success
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (or related field)
5+ years of civil engineering experience (1+ year in leadership)
California PE license
Strong leadership & problem-solving skills
