Restaurant Manager Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a $12 million in sales or more fine-dining restaurant
- Steakhouse experience strongly preferred
- Excellent wine knowledge
- Strong organizational skills, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Team player with the ability to take ownership of the situation
- Highly focused on guest experience – goes above and beyond in each interaction
