We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to join our team. The ideal candidate will prioritize people and team growth over title and will be hands-on, actively engaging with staff and residents.
Director of Nursing Skills and Responsibilities
- Oversee nursing operations for a community with 126 apartments and 131 beds, ensuring high standards of care. Develop and implement nursing protocols in compliance with regulations.
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, fostering professional development.
- Conduct regular assessments to ensure quality of care.
- **Must have:** Valid LPN or RN license.
- **Must have:** Previous experience in senior living and memory care.
