Director of Nursing Qualifications:
- RN license in Iowa
- Minimum of 2 years in long-term care
- 3-6 years in a leadership position
- Knowledge of LTC state and federal regulations, quality assurance, compliance, and clinical and social modeling
- Lead and direct nursing operations for our health center
