Manager Responsibilities:

  • Possess natural hospitality and an affinity for interacting with guests
  • Willingness to actively participate in all functions of operating a restaurant
  • People-focused with strong leadership that strives for people development,
  • Ability to multitask all day while maintaining a high level of customer service
  • The desire to have fun at work! 

Manager Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 2 – 3 years experience in the Fast Casual and/or Fast Food industry
  • Previous success with restaurant systems and tools
  • POS and Back Office computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of cost controls, labor targets, profit margins, and other controllable expenses
