Our client is a National integrated architecture, design, and strategy firm looking for a Workplace Design Practice Leader to drive and oversee their company strategy for one of their local divisions. This includes developing and implementing market growth strategies that capture market share, optimize existing client relationships, and maximize the firm’s profitability. 

Workplace Design Practice Leader Benefits and Compensation:

  • Hybrid position
  • Base salary of $150-180k+ commission
  • Medical/Dental/Vision/Retirement
  • PTO, Vacation

Workplace Design Practice Leader Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of the business development strategy for the local area.
  • Capture market share while maximizing current client relationships.
  • Have a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and how to win.
  • Collaborate throughout the firm to increase capabilities while maximizing productivity.
  • Develop pricing strategies that optimize organizational profitability.

Workplace Design Practice Leader Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design
  • 5+ years of business development experience for an architectural design firm
  • Experience with workplace projects is preferred
