Executive Chef Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu development, food preparation, and presentation.
• Lead and inspire a team of culinary professionals to consistently deliver exquisite dining experiences.
• Collaborate with management to develop innovative concepts and seasonal menus that reflect the club's upscale ambiance and cater to diverse tastes.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain impeccable cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Manage inventory, control food costs, and optimize kitchen efficiency without compromising quality.
• Foster a culture of creativity, excellence, and continuous improvement within the culinary department.

Executive Chef Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant, luxury hotel, or exclusive country club setting. Experience running multiple kitchens and events are needed.
• Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.
• Exceptional culinary skills with a passion for creating refined, gourmet dishes using the finest ingredients.
• Strong leadership abilities with the ability to inspire and mentor a diverse team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Creative flair and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
• Knowledge of current culinary trends and a commitment to staying updated with industry developments.
