Our current need is for an experienced Food & Beverage Director for an iconic F&B Concept. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel / Restaurant operations offering Upscale Dining. Food & Beverage Director Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all Food & Beverage departments to ensure the highest quality of product and service
  • Extensive experience in managing, Events & Banquets
  • Work closely with the Sales & Marketing Team to drive revenues
  • Analyze and maintain budgetary cost
  • Develop menus to exceed Guest expectations
  • Work with other Hotel departments to ensure the departments work together efficiently
  • Develop an annual Budget

Food & Beverage Qualifications:

  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or Associate's Degree and at least three years of Food & Beverage Director Experience.
