• Operate a high-volume kitchen in a fine-dining Michelin environment
• French Fine Dining Cuisine
• Hire, top train, develop, motivate, and manage a large team
• Ensure all company standards are met
• Provide exceptional quality with full attention to detail, and operational excellence
