Exciting opportunity for a Michelin experienced Corporate Executive Chef to join our Michelin-starred Group. If you are a highly motivated and energetic chef who not only has Michelin experience and running a top performing kitchen with the ability to mentor staff and help them expand their culinary talent, let's talk!

Corporate Chef Responsibilities:

  • Culinary operations across multiple properties, including culinary standards and quality
  • Menu development
  • Team management and mentoring
  • Financial planning, forecasting, and expenses
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards
  • Ensure quality standards while supporting the overall business operations.

Corporate Chef Requirements:

  • Michelin experience
  • Minimum 8+ years of culinary, management, and operations 
  • Masterful organizational, communication, and leadership skills, backed by previous professional success
  • Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, and employee management
  • Ability to streamline or implement structures and roles that boost speed and efficiency while supporting rapidly shifting business demands
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
