Chef de Cuisine for Tapas Requirements

  • Player-coach mentality with a focus on the team
  • Background in Spanish, Basque, and/or Tapas cuisine
  • 3 to 5 years as a Sous Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or Chef de Cuisine
  • Creativity and a passion for food, and ingredients

Chef de Cuisine for Tapas Responsibilities

  • Lead culinary operations with attention to detail and standards
  • Build, train, coach, and mentor kitchen team
  • Control costs associated with labor and other expenses
  • Support the Executive Chef, ensuring quality and standards
