Restaurant Floor Manager

We are excited to partner with our client in the search for a dynamic Restaurant Floor Manager to lead front-of-house operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. This leader will oversee daily service execution, elevate hospitality standards, and foster a high-performing team culture in an upscale casual dining environment.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting, leads by example, and is passionate about creating memorable dining experiences while driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily front-of-house service operations to ensure seamless execution
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase repeat business
  • Lead, coach, and motivate service professionals to deliver elevated hospitality standards
  • Monitor service quality, floor efficiency, and guest feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on business objectives, growth initiatives, and revenue optimization
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
  • Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and labor controls to optimize performance

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Upscale Casual Dining or Hospitality Management
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing high-performing service teams
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
