Restaurant Floor Manager

We are excited to partner with our client in the search for a dynamic Restaurant Floor Manager to lead front-of-house operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. This leader will oversee daily service execution, elevate hospitality standards, and foster a high-performing team culture in an upscale casual dining environment.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting, leads by example, and is passionate about creating memorable dining experiences while driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage daily front-of-house service operations to ensure seamless execution
Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase repeat business
Lead, coach, and motivate service professionals to deliver elevated hospitality standards
Monitor service quality, floor efficiency, and guest feedback to drive continuous improvement
Collaborate with senior leadership on business objectives, growth initiatives, and revenue optimization
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and labor controls to optimize performance

Qualifications & Requirements

3+ years of experience in Upscale Casual Dining or Hospitality Management
Demonstrated leadership experience managing high-performing service teams
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
