Our restaurant is well-established and known for delivering exceptional service, elevated cuisine, and a refined guest experience. Upscale Restaurant Manager Responsibilities

Ensure quality and service standards are maintained at all times
Train, coach, and develop team members to uphold polished service standards
Demonstrate strong financial acumen — assist in controlling costs and driving profitability
Oversee daily operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience
Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

Upscale Restaurant Manager Qualifications

At least 2 years of leadership experience in a high-volume, upscale, or upscale casual restaurant environment
Experience managing annual sales volumes of $5+ million
Proven track record of controlling costs and achieving strong financial results
Ability to train, develop, and motivate a professional service team
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to excellence
