Are you a polished, hands-on Upscale Restaurant Manager with strong leadership and coaching abilities? We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager in Charlotte to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume, upscale casual dining environment. Our restaurant is well-established and known for delivering exceptional service, elevated cuisine, and a refined guest experience. If you have at least 2 years of experience leading a team in high-volume upscale concepts, we would love to speak with you!

Upscale Restaurant Manager Responsibilities

  • Ensure quality and service standards are maintained at all times
  • Train, coach, and develop team members to uphold polished service standards
  • Demonstrate strong financial acumen — assist in controlling costs and driving profitability
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

Upscale Restaurant Manager Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of leadership experience in a high-volume, upscale, or upscale casual restaurant environment
  • Experience managing annual sales volumes of $5+ million
  • Proven track record of controlling costs and achieving strong financial results
  • Ability to train, develop, and motivate a professional service team
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to excellence
