Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

3–5 years of proven success as a General Manager in fast casual or full-service restaurants.
Demonstrated leadership and stability with a strong track record of tenure.
Solid financial acumen with the ability to mentor and manage all aspects of financial operations.
A hands-on, lead-from-the-front management approach.
A positive, proactive mindset with a passion for team and guest satisfaction.
