What we need:

This is a Fast-casual restaurant concept looking for a passionate General Manager
Hands-on operators with a fast-casual or quality QSR background
Guest-centric leadership that has a passion for training and development of a team

What you need as a Restaurant General Manager:

3+ years as a General Manager
Ability to handle a BUSY location and uphold brand standards
Experience with quality fast-casual brand or similar concept
Understanding of restaurant financials and experience with full P&L control

Restaurant General Manager Compensation and Benefits:

General Managers enjoy an excellent quality of life, working only 40-45 hours, 5 days.
Strong compensation for the scope of work, base in the $60K range, quarterly profit share gets you to $70K+ in total comp!
Growth potential as the company continues to expand
