We need a hospitality-focused General Manager with at least three years of experience. Pizza restaurant experience desired. Must have an understanding of P&L, an outgoing personality with the ability to manage staff at all times. 

We strive to consistently serve excellent, high-quality food with friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all of our guests. 

General Manager Job Requirements:

  • Proven ability to develop an analysis of all restaurants to oversee operations and identify areas for improvement
  • Shown progression through a Manager from a decent volume restaurant
  • Ensure top-quality customer service
  • Meet company standards by implementing coaching opportunities with staff
  • Oversee and analyze all areas needed for the coaching staff
  • Ensure health and safety policies are complied with
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Proven experience in planning maintenance
  • Solid understanding of operations
  • Excellent communication 

General Manager Qualifications:

  • 3-plus years of experience as a previous manager
  • Must be high energy and outgoing
  • Kitchen experience needed
  • Some pizza restaurant management experienced preferred
