Our client, a nationally recognized hospitality and contract dining organization, is seeking a Food Service Director to oversee dining operations. The ideal candidate is a strong operational leader who can drive financial performance, develop high-performing teams, build strong partnerships, and deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Food Service Director Perks:

Base salary in the $125k–$130k range (based on experience)

Food Service Director Minimum Qualifications:

5+ years of senior-level food service leadership experience required
Higher education or contract dining experience strongly preferred
Proven P&L management experience in a high-volume environment
Experience overseeing multiple outlets (residential dining, retail, catering, etc.)
Strong client-facing skills with the ability to partner with leadership
Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and retain large teams
Solid career progression with stable tenure
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as needs require
