SELECT SERVICE HOTEL GENERAL MANAGER

Seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager to lead overall operations and deliver strong financial success and guest satisfaction results. SELECT SERVICE HOTEL GENERAL MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead all hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, sales, food & beverage, and human resources
• Achieve or exceed budgeted goals for occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, CPOR, and overall profitability
• Drive guest satisfaction by proactively resolving guest concerns and improving brand guest service scores
• Manage administrative and reporting responsibilities including forecasts, P&L review, inventories, audits, and end-of-month reporting
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team while fostering a positive, team-focused culture

SELECT SERVICE HOTEL GENERAL MANAGER QUALIFICIATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent hotel management experience
• Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager or senior hotel leader in a select-service environment
• Marriott branded experience highly preferred
• Strong financial and analytical skills, including experience with budgets, P&Ls, and forecasting
• High level of computer proficiency, including hotel PMS systems and Microsoft Word and Excel
• Demonstrated success improving guest satisfaction scores and leading service-driven teams
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving history
