Restaurant Kitchen Manager Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of kitchen management experience in a full-service or scratch-kitchen setting
  • Culinary or Hospitality degree
  • Solid understanding of food safety, inventory, and labor management
  • Hands-on leadership style with strong communication and team-building skills
  • Ability to lead the kitchen, ensuring performance, food quality, and service excellence
  • Experience overseeing day-to-day operations and monitoring team performance
