We are actively seeking an experienced Wholesale/Retail Manager to join a well-established construction supply company in the greater Boston area. This is a leadership role with full responsibility for overseeing daily operations across warehouse, sales, and distribution functions.

What You’ll Do:

Lead day-to-day operations across wholesale and retail functions
Oversee warehouse inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and strong vendor coordination
Manage and develop teams across warehouse, sales, and transportation departments
Drive operational efficiency while maintaining high service standards
Monitor workflows, control costs, and ensure smooth distribution processes

What We’re Looking For:

4+ years of management experience in commercial construction supply or related retail/wholesale environments
Strong knowledge of construction materials and supply chain operations
Proven experience in inventory management and vendor coordination
Demonstrated leadership experience, including hiring, training, and performance management
Ability to work a rotating schedule, including some Saturdays
Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
