Relocation Opportunity | Midwest U.S.

We are partnering with a rapidly growing casino and resort operator undergoing a $150M+ expansion, including a newly built hotel, upcoming rooftop restaurant, and multiple large-scale development initiatives.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-impact leadership role reporting directly to the CEO, helping shape the future of a destination property.

The Role

This position will lead construction, capital projects, and development execution across the property.

You will oversee everything from new builds and renovations to vendor management and project delivery, acting as the central driver behind major expansion initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead large-scale construction and development projects (hotel, F&B, resort amenities)
Manage architects, contractors, and development partners
Oversee capital budgets, timelines, and project execution
Partner with leadership on development strategy and expansion planning
Navigate permitting and regulatory processes as needed

What We’re Looking For

Experience leading capital projects, construction, or development initiatives
Background in casino, resort, hospitality, or commercial real estate development
Proven track record managing multi-million dollar projects
Strong leadership, communication, and execution skills
