Wholesale/Retail Manager Minimum Requirements:

4-10 years management experience in commercial construction supply retail
BA Degree, preferred
Ability and desire to work a rotating schedule to include some Saturdays
Deep understanding of commercial construction supplies retail
Commercial warehouse inventory management expertise, including coordinating with vendors to maintain adequate and accurate product levels at all times
Comfortability with personnel development including annual reviews, hiring, training, and discipline for the warehouse, sales and transportation departments
Experience ensuring efficient workflows, minimizing operating costs, and maintaining high service levels
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future
