Restaurant Assistant General Manager Fast Casual Requirements & Qualifications

3–4 years of Assistant Manager experience in a fast food restaurant
Proven success leading shifts or teams in fast food, QSR, or a related environment
Strong background in hiring, training, team development, scheduling, and expense management
Demonstrated track record of reliability and commitment—no frequent job changes
Passion for people, top-tier service, and building a positive team culture
Goal-oriented mindset and drive to achieve

Restaurant Assistant General Manager Preferred Background & Skills

Experience in high volume fast food restaurant
Great tenure
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Restaurant Assistant General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing restaurant team
Ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently
Oversee scheduling, labor management, and expense control
