This is an elevated logistics role inside a precision manufacturing environment where accuracy, documentation, and accountability actually matter. You won’t just move product– you’ll protect quality, compliance, and customer trust.

Logistics Operations Coordinator Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a structured manufacturing environment
  • Strong auditing, documentation, and computer accuracy skills
  • Ability to work independently, spot issues, and own solutions
  • Comfortable collaborating with logistics and inventory counterparts
  • Experience working within ISO–certified facilities strongly preferred

Must haves:

  • Audit shipping paperwork, packing lists, and documentation before product leaves the building
  • Maintain accurate records that support quality, traceability, and compliance
  • Identify breakdowns in shipping, documentation, or process—and fix them
  • Communicate clearly when something doesn’t look right and escalate appropriately
  • Learn and consistently apply company-specific processes, standards, and expectations
  • Balance logistics priorities without cutting corners under pressure

Logistics Operations Coordinator Preferred Background & Skills:

  • Working knowledge of ISO standards, audits, and quality documentation
  • Prior exposure to regulated, medical, or documentation-heavy manufacturing
  • Experience maintaining compliance with ISO quality and safety requirements
  • Growth mindset with a track record of applying feedback, not just accepting it
  • Confidence to speak up paired with the humility to be coached

This is not a basic shipping clerk role and not a forklift-only position. If you like structure, accountability, and being the final line of defense before product ships—this role will feel right.
