District Manager Responsibilities

Lead and inspire multiple restaurant teams to create a fun, welcoming, and inclusive culture
Build a guest-focused hospitality mindset where every customer feels like family
Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence across all assigned locations
Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing General Managers and leadership teams
Ensure strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and brand standards
Analyze financial performance, including P&L statements, labor costs, and inventory controls
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance improvement plans
Implement strategic initiatives to improve guest satisfaction, team engagement, and retention
Maintain consistent communication and accountability across all restaurants

District Manager Qualifications

2+ years of multi-unit leadership experience as a District Manager / Area Manager overseeing 5+ locations
Proven ability to build strong teams and a positive performance culture
Strong knowledge of restaurant financials, budgeting, and Profit & Loss management
Current Food Safety / Sanitation Certification
Demonstrated success in driving sales growth, operational efficiency, and team development
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to travel regularly between restaurant locations
