A leading southeastern hospitality group is looking for a talented hospitality leader to join our multi-unit restaurant business. Director of Operations Job Description:

  • Experience overseeing 20-plus full service upscale units
  • Collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team on short-term and long-term decisions
  • Institute training programs to continually elevate leadership at the store level
  • Attract high-caliber talent and retain employees
  • Develop and review budgets
  • Enforce and elevate company standards in regard to food, service, and sanitation
  • Conflict management – deals with problems head-on and makes the best decision in alignment with the company culture

Director of Operations Job Requirements:

  • Similar experience with multi-unit, upscale-casual brands
  • Familiar with the Southeast market
  • Strong Financial acumen
  • A Mix of Corporate & Independent Restaurant group backgrounds
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
  • Exceptional people skills – people-focused
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
