We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner with a minimum of 2 years of experience treating chronic conditions in a primary care clinic.

Successful candidates are eligible for a $25,000 sign-on bonus.

Family Nurse Practitioner Qualifications:

  • Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of acute and chronic illnesses
  • Experience with low-income, migrant families in community health
  • Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Oregon
  • Experience in family practice or urgent care setting
  • Valid CPR certification and DEA license
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English preferred)
