General Manager Responsibilities/Requirements

3+ years of managerial experience in a QSR or casual dining concept

Dedication to leading both front of house & back of house teams
Ability to train, empower, and motivate
A true passion for hospitality and ensuring the team delivers excellence
A knack for consistency and excellence!
